03 What information does the Investigation Agent use?

It uses the resource’s actual cost from MegaBill, utilization from cloud metrics, business context from Virtual Tags, and issue history. Together, these sources reveal whether a resource that looks wasteful actually has a reason to exist.

04 Does the Investigation Agent make changes to cloud infrastructure automatically?
