A Step by step guide
01 What is a cost center?
A cost center is a supported platform from which Finout fetches cost information for your MegaBill (AWS, GCP, Azure, Datadog, Snowflake, CircleCI, Mongo, etc.)
02 Do you have account/project limitations?
No! In Finout you can connect as many AWS accounts, organizations, GCP projects, Datadog organizations, etc as you wish!
03 Do you need an agent to have Kubernetes support?
No, we can use your existing Prometheus/Thanos installations or connect to Datadog directly and utilize container metrics.
04 What do you mean by data enrichment?
Data enrichments are our way to help you increase your MegaBill in the units you use rather than the ones you are billed by S3 Folders, Dynamo Index, RDS Table, Spark Jobs, etc.
05 I have very large bills, won't you be too expensive?
Unlike the regular market trend, our technology makes us significantly cheaper than the market. Give us a try.
06 What is the difference between automatic and custom unit economics?
Automatics UEs are generated from your underlying technologies, such as price per vCPU, price per S3 GB, etc. Custom UEs can be generated from 3rd party sources, and custom metrics to create UEs like price per user, price per transaction, etc.
